Under the NSW Procurement Policy, NSW Government Agencies are able to purchase directly from Aboriginal Suppliers that meet the criteria for an Aboriginal Business as defined by the NSW Indigenous Chamber of Commerce and which are a member of the NSW Indigenous Chamber of Commerce and or a Supply Nation Certified Supplier.
